Terms of Purchase

1. Legal guarantee for consumers (B2C)

All products sold by FEVI Srl Unipersonale are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
The guarantee covers defects of conformity that appear within 24 months of delivery of the goods.
The customer is required to report the defect within two months of discovering it by sending a written communication to FEVI Srl Unipersonale.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • improper use or maintenance not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions;

  • modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties;

  • normal wear and tear of the product or parts subject to consumption.

FEVI reserves the right to verify the defect and, if found, to proceed with repair, replacement, or refund.

2. Guarantee for professional customers (B2B)

For purchases made in the context of an entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity, Articles 1490 et seq. of the Civil Code apply.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the warranty for defects lasts 12 months from delivery. Professional customers must report the defect within eight days of discovery, unless otherwise contractually agreed or required by law.

Any additional commercial guarantees offered by the manufacturer or by FEVI remain separate from the guarantee provided for by the Civil Code.

  • order or invoice number;

  • description of the defect;

  • any product photos.

4. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • wear parts;

  • damage caused by installation not carried out in accordance with the instructions, unless the installation was carried out by FEVI or under the responsibility of FEVI.

  • damage directly caused by the use of incompatible or unsuitable spare parts, accessories, materials or components.

5. Regulatory references

This legal guarantee is regulated by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and the Civil Code.
The rights provided for by current legislation remain valid.
