From a technical standpoint, the BLSTR Sander® conveys professional quality through very concrete features: a 350 W motor , a weight of 2.83 kg , an operating speed of 10,000–18,000 RPM , wear-resistant ceramic conveyors , an abrasive dispenser , a protective barrier , an ergonomic handle , a laser pointer , and abrasive flow regulation . BLSTR Sander® ha bisogno di un compressore?
No. BLSTR Sander® è alimentata elettricamente a 230–240 V e genera autonomamente il movimento necessario a proiettare l’abrasivo.
Che abrasivo posso utilizzare?
Il manuale indica abrasivi specifici per sabbiatura con granulometria compresa tra 0,2 e 0,5 mm, equivalenti indicativamente a P36–P80 FEPA. La durezza dell’abrasivo deve essere scelta in funzione della superficie.
Quanto abrasivo consuma?
La portata massima dichiarata è di circa 500 g/minuto. Il consumo effettivo dipende dalla regolazione impostata e dalla lavorazione.
BLSTR Sander® è adatta a grandi superfici?
Non è la sua applicazione principale. BLSTR Sander® è indicata soprattutto per ritocchi, interventi localizzati, restauro e piccole superfici. Per lavorazioni estese o continuative è preferibile una sabbiatrice pneumatica.
Posso utilizzarla all’interno di un locale?
La macchina produce polvere e abrasivo disperso. Il manuale richiede un’adeguata ventilazione e sconsiglia l’utilizzo in ambienti abitativi arredati o in spazi chiusi nei quali non sia possibile gestire correttamente la polvere.
Posso utilizzarla su legno?
Sì, il legno rientra tra i materiali previsti dal manuale. Abrasivo, velocità e quantità di graniglia devono però essere adeguati alla durezza del supporto ed è consigliabile eseguire una prova preliminare.
