TROLLY – PORTABLE SANDBLASTER FOR METAL, WOOD AND STONE
TROLLY is an innovative ultra-compact sandblaster designed to provide an excellent balance between portability, versatility and technical performance.
Ideal for working on medium-sized surfaces, it is perfectly suited to different materials such as wood, metal, stone, glass and more. Its compact design also makes it easy to use in environments where space or mobility is limited.
*The air consumption of the TROLLY sandblaster depends on the diameter of the nozzle installed on the blasting gun and on the operating pressure. Air consumption may vary from approximately 250 to 500 litres/minute of delivered air.
Thanks to the Start & Stop system integrated into the blasting gun, the operator can start or stop the abrasive flow directly from the gun without having to operate the machine itself.
This feature is particularly important for safety and is especially useful when working at height or in confined spaces.
The robust construction, integrated wheels and handles make TROLLY easy to transport even when loaded with abrasive media.
The conical bottom facilitates abrasive discharge and flow, ensuring a regular supply of abrasive and minimising possible interruptions during operation.

Operating and maintenance recommendations
- Air pressure and airflow: adjust the compressor pressure according to the abrasive media and the surface being treated, avoiding excessive pressure that may accelerate nozzle wear.
- Abrasive selection: use homogeneous and correctly graded abrasive media recommended by FEVI srl to help prevent hose blockages or damage to machine components.
- Gradual start-up: slowly open the abrasive flow to avoid sudden impacts or irregular flow inside the blasting line.
- Periodic cleaning: regularly inspect the hose, nozzle and conical bottom to remove any residues or deposits.
- Spare parts and seals: keep replacement seals, valves and wear components readily available.
- Safety checks: periodically verify that the pressure relief valve operates correctly and that all pneumatic connections are properly sealed.
