TROLLY – Portable Sandblaster for Metal, Wood and Stone
TROLLY is an innovative ultra-compact portable sandblaster, designed to provide an excellent balance between portability, versatility and technical performance.
It is ideal for blasting operations on medium-sized surfaces, up to approximately 8 m². It can be used on different materials such as wood, metal, stone, glass and other surfaces, offering easy operation even in areas where space or mobility are limited.
The air consumption of the TROLLY sandblaster depends on the nozzle diameter installed on the blasting gun and on the operating pressure. Air consumption may vary from 250 to 500 litres of free air delivery per minute.
Thanks to the Start & Stop system integrated into the blasting gun, the operator can activate or stop the blasting flow directly from the lance, without having to operate the machine itself.
This feature is particularly important for safety reasons and is especially useful when working at height or in confined spaces.
The robust structure, integrated wheels and handles make TROLLY easy to transport, even when loaded with abrasive media.
The conical bottom facilitates abrasive discharge and recirculation, ensuring a regular flow and minimising possible interruptions in abrasive delivery.

Operating and Maintenance Recommendations
Pressure and air flow: adjust the compressor pressure according to the type of abrasive media and the surface to be treated, avoiding excessive pressure that may accelerate nozzle wear.
Choice of abrasive media: use homogeneous and properly graded abrasive media recommended by FEVI Srl to prevent hose blockages or mechanical damage.
Gradual start-up: open the abrasive flow gradually to avoid dry impacts inside the line.
Periodic cleaning: regularly inspect the hose, nozzle and conical bottom to remove residues or deposits.
Spare parts and seals: keep gaskets, spare valves and wear parts available for routine maintenance.
Safety checks: periodically check that the overpressure valve is working correctly and that pneumatic connections are airtight.
