HOLLOBLAST MAX – Internal sandblasting of diameter tubes. 130 to 300 mm

 Short description

 HOLLOBLAST MAX is a professional system for internal sandblasting of pipes with diameters ranging from 130 to 300 mm. It comes complete with an adjustable centering trolley and a 360° nozzle with an inverted cone, designed to distribute the abrasive jet over the entire internal circumference.
 It allows you to remove rust, oxidation, calamine, residues and old coatings, uniformly preparing the internal walls for subsequent painting or protective applications.
 Operation
 The mixture of compressed air and abrasive exiting the nozzle hits the inverted cone and is deflected radially through 360° onto the internal walls of the tube.
 The adjustable carriage keeps the system centered and stabilizes the advancement. By progressively moving the HOLLOBLAST MAX along the pipe, the entire internal surface is treated without having to rotate the pipe or accessory.
 The feed rate must be adapted to the surface condition, the required degree of removal and the desired final profile.

 Technical note
 Compressed air requirements depend on the actual nozzle diameter, operating pressure, and the abrasive used. Before use, check the compressor's flow rate and periodically inspect the nozzle and inverted cone for wear.
