WHY CHOOSE PRESSURE BASE

PRESSURE BASE is a professional recovery sandblaster designed to perform localized operations, reducing the dispersion of abrasive and dust in the work area.

The gun body is kept in contact with the surface by a perimeter brush: during sandblasting, the suction unit recovers the abrasive and removed material. The cyclone separates the reusable abrasive from the dust, allowing it to be recirculated when the material conditions allow.

It is suitable for workshops, industrial maintenance, processing of metal, marble, stone, glass and other applications where free-jet sandblasting would be impractical due to abrasive dispersion and the need for confinement.

The 24-litre tank, 4 mm diameter widia nozzle and adjustable pressure from 2.5 to 7.8 bar allow you to adapt the process to the surface and the required result.

The indicated air consumption at 7 bar varies from 700 to 2,000 l/min depending on the configuration and operating conditions.

PRESSURE BASE is particularly suitable when localized sandblasting is required and the abrasive needs to be recovered during processing, thus limiting its dispersion into the environment.

It is a particularly suitable solution when the piece cannot be transferred inside a sandblasting cabin or when the work must be carried out directly on the affected surface.

WHEN IS A FREE JET SANDBLASTER PREFERABLE?

If the surface is very large, irregular, or does not allow the gun brush to maintain effective contact, a free-jet sandblaster may be more suitable.

The choice between a recovery and free-jet system must therefore consider the geometry of the surface, the required productivity, the abrasive used and the possibility of confining the work area.
Work on welds and metal surfaces

What compressor do you need for PRESSURE BASE?

The declared air consumption at 7 bar is between 700 and 2,000 l/min. The required flow rate depends on the pressure and operating configuration. Before purchasing, it is therefore advisable to check the actual flow rate of the available compressor.

Does PRESSURE BASE recover abrasive?

Yes. The system sucks up abrasive and removed material from the work area; the cyclone separates the recoverable abrasive from the dust generated during processing.

Can I also use PRESSURE BASE as a free jet?

An optional conversion kit for free-jet sandblasting is available, provided for by the FEVI configuration.

On which surfaces does the recovery system work best?

Recovery is particularly effective on surfaces that allow the gun body brush to maintain adequate contact. Very uneven surfaces, complex geometries, or hard-to-reach areas may require a different setup.
