The gun body works in contact with the surface through a perimeter brush, allowing for the recovery of abrasive and material removed during sandblasting. The cyclone separates the still usable abrasive from the dust, allowing it to be recirculated when the material's condition allows.

The distinctive element of PRESSURE INFINITY is the 3,300 W 350 ICLEAN suction unit, with a flow rate of 510 m³/h , a filtering surface of 30,000 cm² , a 50 litre tank, automatic filter shaker and class H filtration.

This configuration makes it particularly suitable for frequent use and processes in which it is important to maintain high recovery and filtration capacities over time.

PRESSURE INFINITY includes a conversion kit for free jet sandblasting, a pneumatic valve for abrasive regulation, a pneumatic shaker for tank vibration and a double-grip control handlebar.

There is also the possibility of using a pneumatic dosing system assisted by tank vibration to improve the management of particularly fine grain sizes.

PRESSURE INFINITY is recommended when recovery sandblasting is used frequently and the range configuration with the greatest suction capacity and filtering surface is sought.

Compared to the PRESSURE MAX, the sandblasting unit maintains the same main parameters, while the suction group goes from 3,000 to 3,300 W, the flow rate from 476 to 510 m³/h and above all the filtering surface from 12,000 to 30,000 cm².

INFINITY is therefore particularly suitable when continuity of suction, filtration and management of repetitive processes take on greater importance than the simple capacity of the abrasive tank.

WHEN IS MAX PRESSURE SUFFICIENT?

PRESSURE MAX may be the most rational choice when looking for a professional recovery sandblaster with already high suction, but the filtering surface and suction capacity of the INFINITY are not necessary.

The two machines use a 24-liter tank, a 4 mm nozzle, and the same air consumption range. The difference lies primarily in the suction unit and filter system.

WHEN TO PREFER PRESSURE BAG

PRESSURE BAG should be preferred when the main priority is waste management through the Longopac continuous bag collection system.

INFINITY prioritizes suction capacity and filter surface; BAG prioritizes continuous collection and more orderly waste management.

What is the difference between PRESSURE MAX and PRESSURE INFINITY?

The two machines share the same main sandblasting unit parameters. PRESSURE INFINITY, however, has a 3,300 W extractor, a flow rate of 510 m³/h, and a filtering surface area of 30,000 cm², compared to the MAX's 3,000 W, 476 m³/h, and 12,000 cm². It is therefore designed for more demanding processes in terms of extraction and filtration.

What compressor is needed for PRESSURE INFINITY?

The declared air consumption at 7 bar is between 700 and 2,000 l/min. The compressor must be chosen based on the flow rate actually delivered at the operating pressure and the required continuity.

Does PRESSURE INFINITY have greater sandblasting power than the MAX?

Not necessarily. Both machines use a 24-liter tank, a 4 mm nozzle, and the same air consumption range. The main advantage of the INFINITY is the suction and filter unit, not the higher pressure of the abrasive jet.

Does PRESSURE INFINITY recover abrasive?

Yes. The cyclone separates the recoverable abrasive from the dust generated during processing, allowing it to be reused when the type and condition of the abrasive allow it.

Can PRESSURE INFINITY work in free jet mode?

Yes. Among the optional features is a conversion kit for free-jet sandblasting, useful when the surface geometry does not allow the effective use of the recoil gun.
