This series is characterized by the presence of the 350 ICLEAN single-phase industrial vacuum cleaner that supports the sandblasting unit and guarantees recovery sandblasting on any surface.

The Pressure INFINITY recovery sandblaster, equipped with an exceptional suction unit, offers high performance and unique versatility for a wide range of industrial applications.

An innovative automatic cleaning system , present inside the vacuum cleaner, allows a vibrating action on the filter cartridges which, cyclically, are subjected to effective cleaning.

Thanks to a special cyclone placed on the upper part of the sandblaster, the abrasive used is recycled effectively, while the 350 Iclean single-phase industrial vacuum cleaner ensures that the waste material is conveyed into a wheeled container that allows for easy disposal.

The Pressure Infinity recovery sandblaster can be equipped with a pneumatic mixer (optional) for dosing the abrasive, assisted by a vibrator that allows the use of even very fine grain sizes.

SANDBLASTING UNIT

Common to the versions in the Pressure Blaster range (Base, Max, Infinity, Bag), the sandblasting unit uses a 24 litre pressurised tank, with remote control located on the handle.

GUN BODY

The sandblasting/shot peening process takes place using a cast gun body with a front brush, allowing for intervention in the absolute absence of dust. The system uses a handle with a front brush that, working in contact with the surface to be treated, eliminates the dispersion of dust into the environment, allowing for the complete recovery and recycling of the abrasive used, separating it from the dust generated. The gun body can be equipped with the optional “Double-grip control handlebar”. This handlebar provides great practicality, also making it easier to use the sandblaster even on vertical surfaces.

SUCTION UNIT

The single-phase suction unit that supports the sandblasting unit ensures the recovery of the abrasive used and of the dust generated during removal.
The presence of a special cyclone on the upper part of the sandblasting unit allows the recycling of the abrasive used and the consequent conduction of the waste material inside the collection drum.
The separation between the dust and the abrasive allows for better sandblasting quality and a prolonged abrasive life cycle and several advantages:
