ITALJET BASE is a professional sandblasting and shot peening booth designed for working on small and medium-sized components within a confined work environment.

The cabin has two side doors with electric safety limit switches, LED lighting, reinforced gloves, work surface, sandblasting gun with Ø8 mm tungsten carbide nozzle, blow gun and foot control.

ITALJET BASE works by suction and is equipped with a 0.75 HP motor, designed for connection to an existing cyclone and filtering system.

With useful dimensions of 805 × 680 × H 750 mm , it is suitable for workshops, production departments and maintenance workers who want a professional cabin and already have an external separation and filtration system or intend to configure it separately.

ITALJET BASE is designed for those who want to have the cabin, the suction system and the main operating equipment, but using an external cyclone and filter.

This configuration can be particularly interesting when the company already has a compatible extraction and filtration system or when you want to size the air treatment separately according to your production needs.

What compressor is needed for ITALJET BASE?

The ITALJET BASE requires approximately 780 l/min of compressed air at 6–7 bar. The compressor must therefore guarantee this effective flow rate at the operating pressure, also considering any leaks in the pneumatic line.

Does ITALJET BASE include a dust filter?

No. The cabin is designed to be connected to an existing cyclone and filter. If you want a configuration with an integrated cyclone, ITALJET MAX is preferable; for a dedicated cyclone and filter, ITALJET TOP should be evaluated.

Does ITALJET BASE include the cyclone?

No. The BASE suction motor is designed for connection to an external cyclone and filter system.

What is the difference between ITALJET BASE and ITALJET MAX?

The two booths share the same dimensions, Ø8 mm gun, air consumption, and main features. ITALJET MAX adds a cyclone for dust separation and abrasive regeneration, while BASE is designed for connection to external systems.
