ITALJET TOP is a professional sandblasting and shot peening booth designed for working on small and medium-sized components, complete with an abrasive recovery system and dedicated dust filtration.

The cabin integrates a cyclone that separates dust and waste from the still usable abrasive, promoting the recirculation of materials such as corundum and glass microspheres.

Compared to the MAX version, ITALJET TOP adds a dry filter FF5.3C/P with electronic timer, in which the filter cartridge is cleaned automatically by pulses of compressed air.

This configuration allows you to have a complete system, without having to connect the cabin to an external filter.

The cabin has two side doors with safety devices, LED lighting, reinforced gloves, gun with Ø8 mm tungsten carbide nozzle, blow gun, work surface and foot control.

The useful dimensions are 805 × 680 × H 750 mm. Air consumption is approximately 780 l/min at 6–7 bar , with an electrical supply of 400 V three-phase + neutral – 50 Hz.

CYCLONE + DEDICATED FILTER

During sandblasting, abrasive, dust and removed material are sucked out of the cabin.

The cyclone separates the still usable abrasive from the finer fraction and waste, allowing it to be recirculated when the material allows it.

The aspirated dust is then conveyed to the FF5.3C/P dry filter, whose cartridge is cleaned automatically by pulses of compressed air controlled by an electronic timer.

The TOP therefore integrates cabin, abrasive recovery and final filtration in a single configuration.

Che compressore serve per ITALJET TOP?

ITALJET TOP richiede circa 780 l/min di aria compressa a 6–7 bar. Il compressore deve garantire questa portata effettiva alla pressione di utilizzo, considerando anche le perdite della linea e il fabbisogno di aria necessario al sistema automatico di pulizia del filtro.

Qual è la differenza tra ITALJET MAX e ITALJET TOP?

Entrambe dispongono del ciclone per la separazione delle polveri e la rigenerazione dell’abrasivo. ITALJET TOP aggiunge il filtro a secco FF5.3C/P con pulizia automatica della cartuccia, mentre MAX deve essere collegata a un filtro esterno.

ITALJET TOP comprende il filtro per le polveri?

Sì. La TOP integra il filtro a secco FF5.3C/P, dotato di pulizia automatica della cartuccia tramite impulsi di aria compressa comandati da temporizzatore elettronico.

Il filtro della ITALJET TOP è HEPA?

La scheda tecnica FEVI non lo identifica come filtro HEPA. Specifica invece il modello FF5.3C/P e dichiara allo scarico un residuo massimo di polveri inferiore a 5 mg/Nm³. Per questo motivo eviterei di usare il termine HEPA sulla pagina prodotto, salvo diversa certificazione tecnica disponibile.

Quali abrasivi può recuperare il ciclone?

La scheda tecnica indica in particolare corindone e microsfere di vetro. La possibilità di recupero dipende comunque da granulometria, stato dell’abrasivo e tipo di lavorazione.

Quanto è grande l’area di lavoro?

La zona utile è di 805 × 680 × H 750 mm. L’ingombro esterno complessivo è circa 870 × 1.300 × H 1.760 mm.
