WHY CHOOSE SUBLIMA MINI
SUBLIMA MINI is the most compact dry ice cryogenic cleaner in the FEVI range, designed for localized interventions where portability, simplicity and reduced compressed air requirement are determining factors.
The machine uses 1.5 to 3 mm dry ice pellets, projected by compressed air. The dry ice sublimates upon impact and leaves no spent abrasive to collect: at the end of the process, what remains is mainly the material removed from the surface.
With dimensions of just 420 × 360 × 320 mm , a weight of approximately 6.5 kg and a 2 kg tank, SUBLIMA MINI can be easily transported and used for maintenance, car detailing, workshops, laboratories and component interventions.
The machine is completely pneumatic and requires no electrical power. It operates at 2 to 10 bar , with an air consumption of between 250 and 500 l/min depending on the pressure and nozzle used.

PDF DATA SHEET
SUBLIMA MINI is suitable when rapid and localized interventions are required and the priority is to use a compact and easily transportable machine.
It is particularly interesting when the availability of compressed air is lower than that required by the higher SUBLIMA models and when great pellet autonomy or high production capacities are not required.
It is therefore a suitable solution for those who want to introduce cryogenic cleaning in the workshop, in car detailing, in maintenance or in small technical departments without starting with a larger capacity industrial machine.
WHEN TO PREFER SUBLIMA BASE
SUBLIMA BASE is more suitable when the duration of the interventions, the quantity of residue to be removed and the requirement for autonomy increase.
The MINI uses a 2kg tank and requires 250–500l/min; the BASE goes up to a listed capacity of 4.5 and can require up to 900l/min of air, thus offering a wider operating range for more continuous work.
In summary:
MINI → transportability and localized interventions
BASE → greater autonomy and operational capacityCAR DETAILING AND VEHICLES
Removal of grease, sludge, and residue from components, the engine compartment, suspension, and mechanical parts, after checking compatibility and working parameters.
ROBOT LAWN MOWERS AND GARDEN EQUIPMENT
Treatment of organic residues and dirt accumulated on components during maintenance and storage operations.
WORKSHOPS AND MAINTENANCE
Localized removal of oils, greases, residues and contaminants from mechanical components without introducing water into the process.
MOLDS AND EQUIPMENT
Treatment of residues adhering to molds and tools, when dry ice is compatible with the material and contaminant.
ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS
The absence of water can be an advantage for certain components, always respecting the safety procedures, grounding and indications provided for the equipment treated.
Dry ice is solid CO₂. During treatment, the pellets are accelerated by compressed air and hit the deposit to be removed.
The action combines cooling, impact and rapid sublimation of CO₂, promoting the detachment of grease, residues and surface contaminants.
Because dry ice goes directly from solid to gaseous, it does not generate spent abrasive to recover and does not introduce water into the process.

What compressor do I need for the SUBLIMA MINI?
The FEVI 2026 technical data sheet indicates an air consumption between 250 and 500 l/min, which varies depending on the operating pressure and nozzle. The compressor must therefore be chosen based on the actual flow rate, not just engine power or tank capacity.
Does SUBLIMA MINI require electricity?
No. The machine is completely pneumatic and requires only a supply of adequately clean, de-oiled and dried compressed air.
How much dry ice does it consume?
The declared consumption ranges between 6 and 15 kg/hour and varies mainly depending on pressure and operating conditions. The MINI's tank holds approximately 2 kg of pellets.
What size pellets do you use?
SUBLIMA MINI can use dry ice pellets with a diameter between 1.5 and 3 mm.
What is the difference between SUBLIMA MINI and SUBLIMA BASE?
The MINI model is compact and portable: it weighs approximately 6.5 kg and requires 250 to 500 l/min of air. The BASE model is larger, weighing 15 kg and delivering up to 900 l/min, making it ideal for applications requiring greater autonomy and operating capacity.
Does dry ice ruin the surface?
Cryogenic cleaning is generally much less abrasive than traditional sandblasting, but the result depends on the material, contaminant, pressure, nozzle, distance, and exposure time. It is therefore always advisable to perform a preliminary test on sensitive surfaces.
