ITALJET MAX is a professional sandblasting and shot peening booth designed for working on small and medium-sized components, with abrasive recovery and regeneration via a cyclone.

Compared to the ITALJET BASE version, the MAX integrates a separation cyclone that allows the separation of dust and waste from the still usable abrasive, such as corundum or glass microspheres, promoting their recirculation during processing.

The cabin has two side doors with safety limit switches, LED lighting, reinforced gloves, work surface, gun with Ø8 mm tungsten carbide nozzle, blow gun and foot control.

The useful working area is 805 × 680 × H 750 mm . The indicated air consumption is 780 l/min at 6–7 bar , with 400 V three-phase + neutral, 50 Hz electrical supply.

ITALJET MAX is therefore particularly suitable when, in addition to the cabin, you are looking for a more advanced abrasive recovery system than the BASE version, while maintaining the possibility of connecting the machine to a filtering system already available in the system.

ITALJET MAX is suitable when sandblasting is carried out regularly inside a booth and you want to have a more advanced abrasive separation system than a basic booth.

The presence of the cyclone is particularly useful in processes where the abrasive can be recovered and reused several times and where it is important to progressively separate the dust and waste from the still effective material.

The MAX therefore represents an intermediate solution between the simpler ITALJET BASE and the ITALJET TOP, which also adds a dedicated filtering system.

WHEN IS ITALJET BASE SUFFICIENT?

ITALJET BASE may be sufficient when you already have an external suction, cyclone and filtration system or when the work cycle does not require the abrasive regeneration system integrated into the MAX.

The two versions share cabin dimensions, Ø8 mm gun, air consumption and main operating features; the fundamental difference is the presence of the cyclone on the MAX.

WHEN TO PREFER ITALJET TOP

ITALJET TOP is the most complete choice when, in addition to the cyclone, you want a cabin equipped with its own dry filtration system.

The TOP uses the MAX cyclone but adds the FF5.3C/P dry filter, with automatic cleaning of the cartridge by means of compressed air jets controlled by an electronic timer.

What compressor is needed for the ITALJET MAX?

The ITALJET MAX requires approximately 780 l/min of compressed air at 6–7 bar. The compressor must therefore guarantee this effective flow rate at the operating pressure, also considering any leaks in the pneumatic line.

What is the difference between ITALJET BASE and ITALJET MAX?
