SUBLIMA BASE should be chosen when greater autonomy and superior operational capacity are required.

WHEN TO PREFER SUBLIMA MAX
SUBLIMA MAX is recommended when there is an increase in required productivity, air availability and the need to control the dry ice dosage more precisely.
The MAX reaches 1,500 l/min of air consumption and up to 38 kg/h of dry ice; it also integrates a dry ice dosing system and a pressure reducer with manometer as standard.

The solid CO₂ pellets are accelerated by compressed air and projected onto the deposit to be removed.
The action combines cooling, impact and sublimation of the dry ice, promoting the detachment of surface residues.
Because the CO₂ passes directly from solid to gaseous state, there is no spent abrasive to collect and no water is introduced into the process.
However, the material removed from the surface remains and must be collected or vacuumed up depending on the type of processing.
