PRESSURE BAG is a professional recovery sandblaster designed for localized interventions in which, in addition to the recovery of the abrasive, it is important to manage the dust and residues produced during the process in a more orderly and controlled way.

The gun body works in contact with the surface through a front brush: abrasive and removed material are sucked up and conveyed to the separation system. The cyclone separates the still usable abrasive from the waste dust.

The distinctive element of PRESSURE BAG is the Longopac continuous bag collection system : the residues are conveyed directly into the bag, reducing the need to handle the collected material during unloading and disposal operations.

The 221 Pulse industrial vacuum cleaner also features an automatic filter cartridge cleaning system, helping to maintain efficient suction during use.

The sandblasting unit uses a 24 litre tank, Ø 4 mm widia nozzle, adjustable pressure from 2.5 to 7.8 bar and requires, at 7 bar, an indicative air flow rate of between 700 and 2,000 l/min .

WHEN TO PREFER PRESSURE MAX OR PRESSURE INFINITY

PRESSURE MAX may be preferable when the priority is to have greater suction capacity and traditional collection, without the need for the Longopac system.

PRESSURE INFINITY is instead recommended when you are looking for an even more performing suction unit and greater suction capacity for frequent and demanding jobs.

The Longopac system allows dust and residues to be progressively collected inside a continuous bag.

Qual è il principale vantaggio di PRESSURE BAG?

PRESSURE BAG recupera e riutilizza l’abrasivo?

Sì. Il ciclone separa l’abrasivo ancora utilizzabile dalle polveri e dai residui di lavorazione. Il riutilizzo dipende comunque dalle condizioni e dal tipo di abrasivo impiegato.

Cosa significa raccolta a sacco continuo?

Significa che il materiale di scarto viene convogliato progressivamente all’interno di un sacco Longopac. Quando una sezione è piena può essere chiusa e separata, limitando la necessità di manipolare direttamente il contenuto raccolto.

PRESSURE BAG elimina completamente la polvere?

No. PRESSURE BAG è progettata per ridurre fortemente la dispersione di abrasivo e polveri, ma l’efficacia del recupero dipende dal corretto contatto della pistola con la superficie, dallo stato della spazzola, dalla configurazione dell’aspirazione e dalle caratteristiche della lavorazione.

Qual è la differenza tra PRESSURE BAG e PRESSURE INFINITY?

Le due macchine condividono l’unità di sabbiatura da 24 litri e gli stessi principali parametri di lavoro. PRESSURE BAG privilegia la raccolta e gestione degli scarti tramite Longopac, mentre PRESSURE INFINITY dispone di un gruppo aspirante più potente e con maggiore superficie filtrante.
